Pillar 5 – Building and Innovation

I believe some lessons are difficult to learn from books alone.

AKB is where I build, experiment and learn.

It has allowed me to explore digital manufacturing, customer workflows, production systems, automation, equipment decisions, sourcing, pricing, marketing and the realities of operating a small business.

Not every experiment works.

That’s part of the value.

The objective is to keep building, measuring, improving and applying what I learn to increasingly larger problems.
