The larger the challenge becomes, the less success depends on what one person can personally accomplish.

I’m interested in how technical organizations create accountability, communicate effectively, develop leaders, structure teams and make decisions without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

My goal isn’t to become the person who solves every engineering problem.

It’s to help build organizations capable of solving difficult problems repeatedly.
